Our mango tart is filled with slices of fresh fruit, vanilla pastry cream, and almond cream in a shortcrust shell. Additional layers of fresh mango gelee and vanilla mascarpone cream add to the flavour profile.

Serving Directions: Store in a refrigerator. Can be served chilled.
